Will has extensive experience in higher education quality assurance, accreditation, and institutional review, particularly in the UAE and Oman. His key roles in academic accreditation and quality enhancement include:

• International Reviewer (2014–Present) – Ministry of Education – UAE: Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA)

  • Conducts external reviews of higher education institutions and academic programs to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

• Higher Education Sector - Head of Quality Improvement Division (2016–2017) – Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC)

  • Led quality enhancement initiatives for higher education providers, overseeing institutions such as NYU Abu Dhabi, Paris-Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, and INSEAD.

  • Regulated public, private, and branch campuses within the Emirate.

• Commissioner (2014–2016) – UAE Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA)

  • Played a key role in setting and maintaining academic standards across most higher education institutions in the UAE.

• Director of Academic Affairs (2014) – Rabdan Academy, Abu Dhabi

  • Oversaw academic activities and strategic development of academic and vocational programs for military, police, and government sectors.

• Dean of Faculty (2013–2014) – Sohar University, Oman

  • Led the Faculty of Business at Oman’s oldest and largest private university, overseeing academic quality and faculty management.
